Frog Dog
Frogger

FrogDog goes in to get his yearly vaccination tonight.

I know damn well that Mr Frog and I are going to get the ‘puppy eyes’ and the whole ‘why dont you love me anymore?‘ face all night. We’ll feel like horrible nasty people, and feed him too many treats to compensate. Ahh… dont you love that? Guilt inspired gifts!
I suppose I shouldn’t feel too guilty. Frog Dog has been leaving us nasty little parcels for us to clean up each morning. I wonder if the Vet will think badly of me if I stand in the room and laugh while he turns my dog into a pincushion. I may also need to enquire about the removal of Frog Dog’s furry plums. I think they might be causing us some hassles. It’s rather extreme punishment for crapping in our hallway - but let that be a lesson to all of you out there.
Do not shit on somebody elses floor or you may lose something valuable to you!

We bathed the monster last night, and you’ve never seen a creature more sorry for himself.
He gave us the eyes for about 4 hours.
“Why dont you love me any more?”
Of course, now he smells very pretty and his coat is silky and shiny. So, when Mr Frog went out on a Boys Night, Jamie kept me company, snuggling under the quilt and snoring his head off.
I didn’t do it

Huh?
What paw prints?
I didn’t do it, I swear!
Jamie the Lazy.

As dogs go, our dog isn’t going to be an olympic champian. He’s way
too lazy to consider doing anything remotely physical.
He’s a quite puppy, all things considered. The noisiest he’s been was
when he worked himself up to a bark when the Kiwi’s scored first
during the last international Rugby match. Even then, the bark was a
halfarsed ‘woof’ sounding more like somebody had shoved him in the
ribs.
“Umph”.
Complete with spit and slobber chops.

He arrived

The information to hand said that Jamie would arrive at 3.30pm at the Freight Terminal. Once we found the bloody Freight ‘Terminal’, we picked up our little lad. In true Frog style, he was fast asleep when the handler brought him out to us.

He gave me cuddles all the way home, then we got him a big drink and allowed him some privacy to do the things all good dogs do. The first ever outdoor pee. We were ever so proud. (Not so proud about the next two indoor pees, though…).
We’re now preparing for a sleepless puppy night, as I’m not really sure how he’s going to accept his new bed when Mr Frog and I decide we need our beauty sleep.
More news in the morning.
Welcome Jamie

We’ve adopted a new member of the Frog family.
Frog Dog.
Aka: Jamie the wonder dog. (photo’s to follow)

Jamie is a 4 month old Cocker Spaniel purebread with bloodlines so pure he can trace his history back to the Royal Spaniels of King Henry VIII.
He is intelligent, self assured, and trained by one of Australia’s leading obedience trainers. He is, to understate things somewhat - entirely perfect.
We’re far below him in the social ladder. We will bow and scrape to his superior breeding and status. It will be a great honour to have him dwell in our humble abode.
He arrives on Tuesday, so Mr Frog and I are in a crazy-mad rush to puppy-proof our house.
HURRAY FOR PUPPIES!!!@!
