Thinking about my holiday!

Ok, so at the moment, I’m sitting here in Queensland, daydreaming about my European vacation.  As a geek, I’m mentally flicking through all the things I need to prepare before I go.  Packing List, Visas, soap, laptop…

One of the other things I’m trying to work out is how to post to my blog while I’m off in the land of “Offline”.  I’m currently trialling a few different services, such as Posterous and posting clients such as Windows Live Writer.

I used Posterous before, and it seems really quite nice.  The only drawback would be the way that images are hosted.  I’d prefer for my images to be hosted on my own server, of if needs be, on my Flickr account. 

Many people would be more concerned about the type of footwear they’re going to have while wandering foreign city streets – but I really dont mind what I’ve got on my toes, as long as I can post photos to my journal on route.  Nerd, much?
