Proud to be Aussie

I am the new proud owner of a Jen-you-ine Ost-rah-lian Rugby Jersey! It was mum's idea to get one, so that when I'm in London I can parade around being an infuriating collonial with obvious pride.

I think about when I'm over in London, and all the small things that I'm going to miss about home. I'll miss the Cricket, the Swimming and I'll definatly miss all the little things that make this place so unique. Luckily, I've just stumbled on a really great site, entitled Homesick.com.au which will supply me with all the essentail aussie items, like TimTams, Minties, Womens Weekly and of course, the good old Vegemite. It also has details of Aussie bands that are touring the world, which would make my life so much easier.

I cant wait to travel but the idea of not seeing Australia for years on end frightens me no end.
